Terms of Purchase

1. Definitions and Scope

1.1. "User" means any individual or legal entity that accesses and/or uses the service through www.allshare360.com.

1.2. "Service" refers to the ability for users to create event galleries (weddings, celebrations, etc.), upload and/or share photos via QR code or link, using the AllShare360 platform.

1.3. These Terms define the rights and obligations of the User and the Service Provider (AllShare360) regarding the purchase and use of the Service.

2. Prices and Payment

2.1. All prices are expressed in Serbian dinars (RSD) and include applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise.

2.2. Payments are processed electronically via credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, etc.).

2.3. Before completing the payment, the User must confirm that they have read and accepted these Terms ("I agree to the Terms of Purchase").

2.4. Upon successful payment, the User's access to the Service will be activated according to the selected plan.

3. Purchase Process and Service Access

3.1. The User selects a service package, fills in the required information, completes the payment, and receives confirmation and access according to the selected plan.

3.2. Access to the Service begins upon payment confirmation, unless stated otherwise.

3.3. The User is responsible for providing accurate and truthful information during registration and payment.

4. User Obligations

4.1. The User guarantees that all uploaded photos are lawful, that they own or have obtained the necessary rights (copyright, privacy, consent of persons in the photos), and that no third-party rights are violated.

4.2. The User agrees not to use the Service for illegal purposes, including but not limited to: uploading offensive, unlawful, hateful, or rights-infringing content.

4.3. AllShare360 reserves the right to remove any content or suspend access if it determines that the User has violated these Terms.

5. Ownership and License of Content

5.1. Ownership of uploaded photos remains with the User. However, by using the Service, the User grants AllShare360 a non-exclusive license to display, distribute, and archive that content within the Service.

5.2. The User acknowledges that AllShare360 may use aggregated and anonymized content for analytical, marketing, or service improvement purposes without additional compensation.

6. Withdrawal, Refund, and Termination

6.1. The User may request a refund within 14 days of purchase, provided that the Service has not been accessed or used. Refund requests should be sent to team@allshare360.com.

6.2. In the event of a breach of these Terms by the User, AllShare360 reserves the right to terminate the Service immediately and retain the paid fee (in whole or in part).

6.3. AllShare360 may suspend or terminate access to the Service in cases of non-payment or misuse.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

7.1. AllShare360 processes personal data in accordance with applicable Serbian and European data protection laws (e.g., GDPR) and its [Privacy Policy] available on the website.

7.2. The User consents to AllShare360 processing personal data necessary to provide the Service and maintain communication with the User.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1. The Service is provided "as is." AllShare360 makes no warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet the User's specific expectations.

8.2. AllShare360 shall not be liable for any indirect damages, loss of data, loss of profit, or other consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service.

9. Amendments to the Terms

9.1. AllShare360 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time by posting the updated version on the website at least 30 days prior to its effective date. Users will be notified by email or via an on-site announcement.

9.2. Continued use of the Service after the new Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of those changes.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

10.1. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Serbia.

10.2. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent court in Belgrade.

11. Service Delivery and Possible Limitations

The service on AllShare360.com is delivered exclusively electronically. After a successful payment, the user immediately gains access to their account and the purchased service online.

12. Privacy Statement

For the purpose of providing quality service, we collect only the necessary data for business operations and user information, in accordance with good business practices. Clients and service users are given the option to indicate their consent to be included in mailing lists used for marketing campaigns. All user data is strictly protected and accessible only to employees for whom such data is necessary to perform their job. All company employees and business partners are responsible for complying with privacy protection principles.

13. Payment in Foreign Currency

If the service price is displayed in a foreign currency, the payment will be processed according to the current exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia (NBS) and card associations. The amount charged to the user's payment card will be in the currency of the account linked to the card. Due to currency conversion, the final charged amount may differ from the amount displayed on the online store.

14. Refund

In the event of a product return and refund of funds previously paid by the customer via payment card, the merchant is obliged to process the refund exclusively through the Bank, i.e., through the card associations Visa and MasterCard, by reversing/partially reversing the original transaction. The bank will, at the merchant's request, execute the refund to the cardholder's account.
