Eligibility for Refunds

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

Subscription Plans

  • Monthly Subscriptions: Refunds are only available if requested within 48 hours of the initial payment, provided that no significant usage of the platform has occurred.
  • Annual Subscriptions: A full refund is available if requested within 7 days of payment, provided that no significant usage of the platform has occurred. After 7 days, refunds are not available.
  • Renewals: Refunds are not available for subscription renewals. Users must cancel their subscription before the renewal date to avoid charges.

Pay-Per-Event Plans

  • Refunds are available only if the event is canceled before the scheduled date and no photos have been uploaded.
  • If an event is postponed, we can issue credit for a future event instead of a refund.

Technical Issues & Service Failures

If you experience technical failures preventing you from using the platform, you may request a partial or full refund, subject to the following conditions:

  • The issue is reported within 24 hours of the event.
  • Our support team verifies that the issue was caused by our platform and not due to third-party factors such as internet connectivity, user error, or device malfunctions.

Non-Refundable Cases

We do not offer refunds under the following circumstances:

  • User dissatisfaction based on personal preference rather than a service failure.
  • Failure to use the platform due to user error, incorrect setup, or lack of understanding of the service.
  • Event completion where the service was fully utilized.
  • Misuse or violation of our Terms of Service.

Refund Request Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at team@allshare360.com with your order details and reason for the refund request.
  2. Our support team will review your request and respond within 5 business days.
  3. If approved, the refund will be processed via the original payment method within 7-14 business days, depending on your payment provider.

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
