Welcome to Allshare360, a content-sharing platform operated by Allshare360 (referred to as "Allshare360" from now on). Our services, available at allshare360.com, include all related applications, software, and products that facilitate the authorized sharing and distribution of content online (the "Services").

Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully. By accessing, registering for, browsing, or using the Services in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Services immediately.

If you are accepting these Terms on behalf of a corporation or another legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms. If you are accepting as an individual, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have legal parental or guardian consent to accept these Terms. The terms "you" and "your" refer to the individual or entity using the Services.

Right to Use the Services; Prohibited Use

Subject to these Terms, Allshare360 grants you a limited, non-exclusive right to access and use the Services for personal or authorized business purposes.

You shall not:

• (a) Use the Services to create, develop, or operate a competing product or service;
• (b) Interfere with, overburden, or impair the Services, Allshare360's infrastructure, or any cloud-based platform supporting the Services;
• (c) Use the Services in any unlawful manner or in violation of applicable laws and regulations.

Third-Party Platforms

Since the Services may allow you to distribute, post, or publish your content ("User Content") on third-party platforms that you explicitly connect to the Services ("Third-Party Platforms"), you acknowledge that you are bound by the terms and policies of those platforms. Allshare360 is not responsible for any violations of third-party agreements arising from your use of the Services.

By using the Services, you authorize Allshare360 to access and interact with your accounts on Third-Party Platforms as necessary to provide the Services.

Registration to the Services

To use certain features of the Services, you must register for an account and provide accurate and complete information, including but not limited to your name, email, phone number, and payment details. Allshare360 reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to have provided false or incomplete information.

Users may not create multiple accounts without prior written approval, and automated account creation is strictly prohibited.

Privacy Policy

Please review our Privacy Policy at allshare360.com/privacy to understand how we collect, use, and disclose your personal information. By agreeing to these Terms, you also agree to our Privacy Policy.

User Content

You affirm that you either own or have the necessary rights to all content you upload, stream, or distribute through the Services. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your content is legal, accurate, and does not violate any third-party rights.

Prohibited content includes, but is not limited to:

• (i) Illegal, harmful, defamatory, or obscene material;
• (ii) Content that promotes or facilitates illegal activity;
• (iii) Sexually explicit content or pornography;
• (iv) Content inciting violence, hate speech, or discrimination;
• (v) Unsolicited advertisements or marketing materials.

Allshare360 does not monitor all uploaded content but reserves the right to remove any content that violates these Terms. Users are fully responsible for any legal consequences arising from their content.

By uploading content to Allshare360, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and display the content for marketing and promotional purposes, including on social media, without the need for further approval. However, if you prefer to opt out of such use, you may do so by sending us an email using the publicly available contact email on our website, and we will ensure your content is not shared in this manner.

Charges and Payments

Some features of the Services may require payment. Fees are listed on allshare360.com and are subject to change. Allshare360 reserves the right to introduce charges for previously free features with prior notice.

Third-Party Providers

Allshare360 relies on third-party cloud services to operate. We are not responsible for their availability, security, or performance, nor for any data loss or service interruptions caused by third-party providers.

Proprietary Rights

Allshare360 retains all ownership, rights, and intellectual property associated with the Services, including any updates, modifications, and derivative works.

No Warranties; Disclaimers

The services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Allshare360 disclaims all responsibility for service interruptions, security breaches, or loss of data. Users assume all risks associated with using the platform.

Limitations of Liability

In no event shall Allshare360 be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the services.

If you have paid for services, our liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the past 12 months. If you have not made payments, Allshare360 shall not have any liability.

Termination or Suspension of Services

Allshare360 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Services at any time. We may also suspend or terminate accounts without notice if a user violates these Terms.

Modification of these Terms

Allshare360 may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to changes, you must stop using the Services.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, along with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Allshare360.

Assignment

You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without prior written consent. Allshare360 may assign its rights or obligations under these Terms at any time.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia.
