We at Allshare360 are committed to enhancing events by providing a seamless and enjoyable photo-sharing experience. To ensure that all users can benefit from our services without disruption, you must adhere to the following Fair Usage Policy:
Content Responsibility
You are solely responsible for ensuring that all media uploaded to your shared album complies with legal regulations, copyright laws, and trademarks. Any content that is illegal, harmful, offensive, or violates the rights of others is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension of your account. In the event of any legal action or violation of laws due to uploaded content, Allshare360 will bear no responsibility. The liability will solely rest with the individuals who uploaded the content and the organizers of the event.
Intended Use of the Platform
Our platform is designed exclusively for collecting, sharing, and viewing photos from events hosted on our service. It is not intended to function as a general-purpose cloud storage solution (e.g., Google Drive, Dropbox). Any misuse for unrelated storage purposes may result in account limitations.
Upload & Participation Limits (Fair Usage for "Unlimited" Plans)
To maintain optimal performance for all users, our "Unlimited" plans are subject to a fair usage limit of:
- 5,000 media uploads per event
- 2,500 participants per event
These limits are designed to accommodate even very large events. If your event requires higher limits, please contact us to discuss custom solutions.
Abuse & Misuse Prevention
Any attempt to manipulate the system, such as excessive bulk uploads, automated scripts, or storage abuse, may result in account restrictions or suspension. If an event is found to violate this policy, Allshare360 reserves the right to limit, delete, or block the event without prior notice and at our sole discretion, without obligation to provide an explanation.
Policy Enforcement & Adjustments
We reserve the right to monitor usage and make necessary adjustments to prevent abuse and ensure smooth operations for all clients. Allshare360 may modify or update this policy at any time to reflect operational improvements or prevent emerging forms of misuse. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
